Bauer 940 Pro-Certified Junior Goalie Mask

While the Bauer 940 Junior Goalie Mask may replace the 940X, these two masks are not even comparable. With a new FiberComp shell and Airflow liner, the 940 is a great option for the performance level goalie.

Shell
The 940 uses a new FiberComp composite shell, bringing a protective and light fiberglass build that far outperforms the lexan shell of the previous 940X.

Liner
An AirFlow line made of a soft VN foam is designed to keep goalies cool and comfortable throughout the game.

Cage

Cage
The 940 pro certified cage utilizes a strong new enhanced puck view wire, and provides a cat-eye feel that is CSA approved.

Chin Cup
The chin cup is Bauer’s IX foam chin cup with elastic stretch providing a comfortable fit and feel.

Sweatband
The sweatband of the 940 mask is made of Bauer’s Thermocore material designed to wick away sweat, keeping you cool throughout the ice time.

Certification
With the CSA Straight bar cage, the 940 provides both HECC (5 Year expiry) and CSA certification. The mask is suitable for play in both Canada and the USA in the current configuration.

Mask Bag
The 940 comes with a durable vented padded mask bag designed to protect your mask and keep it scratch free while allowing it to dry out between ice times.

Sizes & Colors
The Bauer 940 Goalie Mask is available in a White colourway with Black Bauer logos. It features a new sizing system designed to fit more head shapes than the previous generation XPM.
